Jon H. Orten / Managing Director Jon, originally from Norway, has a degree in Music and Media Management with Marketing from London Metropolitan Business School. He has experience in booking, promotion, management, sales and translation. He is also a musician, song writer and producer, and has had his work featured in several films.

Eli Arriaga / Assistant Eli, originally from Mexico, while being an educated psychologist, also has extensive organisational and administrative experience from the Psychology communities both in Mexico and Spain. At Burn! Management she carries out various administrative tasks and communicates with various external parties on behalf of the artists represented.
